The UK’s leading provider of heavy-duty vehicle lifting solutions is expanding its portfolio of services by extending its workshop equipment maintenance packages to cover hydraulic lifts and products from a wide range of manufacturers.
SOMERSTOTALKARE has seen increasing demand from customers for fixed rate service and maintenance arrangements for its own products and other makes of electromechanical mobile and fixed column lifts.
Now its engineers are also qualified to carry out hydraulic lift servicing as the company looks to provide a comprehensive service to workshop operators with a mix of lifts on site.
Sott Gilliam, Service Manager at SOMERSTOTALKARE explained: "This will enable operators to have all planned maintenance carried out at the same time, and through one contract.
"In turn, this makes it easier for them to monitor all preventative maintenance activities as well as reducing workshop disruption and associated costs."
SOMERSTOTALKARE already services electromechanical lifts from other manufacturers such as Maha, Hetra, Prolift, Sefac, IME and Scott Lift and by adding Stertil hydraulic lifts to its servicing packages, the West Midlands-based firm is increasingly moving towards become a ‘one-stop-shop’ when it comes to lift servicing and repairs.
Scott added: "With 14 engineers based in prime locations throughout the UK to provide nationwide coverage, and a 24 Hour Service Hotline we are now strengthening our position as the UK’s leading heavy-duty vehicle lifting solutions provider."
All SOMERSTOTALKARE fixed rate contracts, which start from as little as £45.00 per month, include two preventative maintenance services, free call out, travel and labour charges.
