IMS UK Ltd a leading distributor of abrasion resistant and high yield steel plate and manufacturer of processed components is pleased to announce the appointments of Gary Chandler, Adam Glenn and Jenny Sands to their growing team.
Gary Chandler, who has almost 20 years' experience in the aluminium industry, has been appointed as the new Area Sales Manager for the West Midlands, Wales and South-west. Previously working in a senior sales position at Thyssen Garfield, in his new role Gary will take on the responsibility for providing the key sales development focus required to maintain and grow the customer base in this region.
Adam Glenn, new Area Sales Manager for the East Midlands and South-east region,
brings over 12 years' experience from within the steel industry, having most recently fulfilled the role of Sales Manager at the company Corus. Adam will focus on strengthening IMS UK's commitment, to developing business and building customer relations in this key territory.
Jenny Sands, will take on the role of Internal Sales and Customer Support, and has over 30 years' experience in the stainless steel industry, including sales and technical roles with Schmolz and Bickenbach. Jenny will apply her customer service and technical support skills to ensure the company's high service and support standards are provided in all operational areas of the business.
