In his new role, Mr Frentheway, who has more than 20 years of HR experience, has been tasked with further developing human resource best practice to support senior management and staff as they develop SBS’s ability to offer clients highly efficient and flexible supply chain solutions.
He will ensure the company employs the right people, with the right skills in the right job, provides necessary training, maintains consistency and stability and ensures compliance with policy and government regulation.

Mr Frentheway has worked in HR for 24 years for a variety of companies based in the USA.
Mr Frentheway says: "SBS Worldwide is a fast growing company and I couldn’t have joined at a more interesting time.
"I have been tasked with supporting the senior management team and staff at SBS by looking at ways to further improve human resource best practices in order to meet additional predicted growth."
He is an expert in the areas of Lean Manufacturing, self-directed work teams, leadership and communication.
