Isotrak invests in the next generation of telematics experts

Leading telematics and systems integration specialists, Isotrak, have teamed up with the National IT Partnership (NiTP) in their IT scheme for young apprentices.

NiTP’s new apprenticeship scheme is offered to 16-18 year olds looking for a career in the IT industry and comprises of contact time within a well-established connection of colleges throughout the UK. Isotrak will welcome a young apprentice for the period of seven months as part of the new Advanced IT apprenticeship in IT and Telecoms. The candidate is able to gain real experience and training from IT businesses which they visit on alternate weeks for the period of one week at a time.

Isotrak will provide their trainee with hands-on experience by engaging in relevant working practices to help enhance their practical knowledge. They will offer supervision, support and act as a valuable mentor to the budding IT professional who will gain skills spanning from the ability to strip down and repair computers to creating, managing and configuring user accounts, and troubleshooting and diagnosing faults on PCs and Office applications.
