ITT Corporation (NYSE: ITT) announced today it has completed the acquisition of Joh. Heinr. Bornemann GmbH (Bornemann Pumps), a leading global provider of highly engineered pumps and systems for the oil and gas industry, as well as the industrial, food and pharmaceutical sectors.
