JLT Mobile Computers, a developer of rugged computing solutions for the toughest environments, is extending its warranty from one to three years on all its products. The extended warranty is the next step in JLT’s ongoing commitment to quality and is valid on products ordered on 15 September 2011 or later.
JLT works relentlessly to improve product quality and has since 2010 made several investments in this area. The results of this work have been received and reviewed and this has led to the new extended warranty offering.
"We carefully track all the warranty and service requests that are coming in to learn and to continuously improve our products. Based on the results we’ve seen, we feel very comfortable with offering a three-year warranty to our customers," says Peter Börjesson, Service Manager at JLT Mobile Computers.
