An M&E company has received three new orders from its long-term client Waitrose.
Kershaw Mechanical Services has been instructed to complete the mechanical installation in three stores being built, converted or refurbished.
It’s the latest order for the company, which has worked with Waitrose and a number of other supermarket chains for several years.
Ian Greenstock is the sales director for Kershaw Mechanical Services, and said: "Waitrose are a pleasure to work with and highly professional in their dealings.
"We have developed a trusted partnership over a number of years and look forward to completing these latest store projects."
The three new orders are:
£600,000 of mechanical installation at a new Waitrose store in Poynton, Manchester
An extension and refurbishment worth £300,000, at a Waitrose in Richmond, Surrey
£300,000 of mechanical installation at a store conversion in Menai Bridge, Wales
Kershaw Mechanical Services has worked with a number of supermarkets including Waitrose over the last few years.
Last year it was awarded a new maintenance contract with 39 Waitrose stores.
Kershaw Mechanical Services is the lead company of the successful Kershaw Group, which employs just under 200 people around the UK.
The group is a major sponsor of Cambridge United. Kershaw Mechanical has also sponsored the Cambridgeshire Football Association Premier Leagues – known as the Kershaw Leagues – for 19 years.
It recently renewed the sponsorship to 21 years, thought to be the longest continuous sponsorship in football.
