Latest News and Development is the completion of our first European Whole Vehicle Type approval on there Fuller Recycler Machine based on a Volvo FM 6 x 2 Chassis Cab.

We are the First Tanker manufacture in the UK to achieve this with the Vehicle Certification Agency and shows the commitment in the company to be the first to provide our customers in making available the latest approved ECWVTA Vehicles before the 2014 Statutory Date.

These new requirements are designed to harmonise construction standards Throughout Europe – removing trade barriers for manufacturers and ensuring common safety and environmental requirements for operators and consumers.

The Machine is a 2900 Gallon Recycler based on a Volvo Euro 5 410 HP , 6 x 2 rear steer and lift axle Globetrotter Cab. Liquid Ring 1500 cfm for Suction with 6" Hydraulic Boom and small Vacuum pump for Pressurizing the Tank. And 500 LPM (110GPM)@ 200 Bar Jetting Capacity and Recycling System terminating through 150 Metres of 32mm Jetting Hose.

Another Development which resulted in an Order for Seven Vehicles to Garic Ltd in Bury, Lancashire. The Vehicle is ADR approved as it carries 3000 Litres of Diesel with 40 metre reel and fuel pump with dispenser reading for Fuel Replenishment. Manufactured from stainless steel the main tank divided 1250 Gallon of Potable Water and 1250 Gallons of Sludge Compartment which can all be operated together reducing the time taken to replenish the Combi Cabin. Paul Jackson, Operations Manager for Garic wanted a Vehicle which can cover a range of activities which also involved the introduction of a Joist hitch enabling the operations division to use the vehicles to move trailers and other equipment on it Journey to the Combi Cabin which could be based anywhere in the UK.
