Liverpool company's 25th anniversary celebrations begin in Dubai

Liverpool based supply chain specialist Warrant Group is officially marking the start of its 25th anniversary celebrations this week with a global partner conference in the Middle East.

The two-day event in Dubai brings together representatives from eight countries and is being hosted by Warrant Group's Managing Director Ian Jones and the company's Trade Sales Team.

Warrant Group is one of the largest privately owned supply chain management companies in the UK and the conference will focus on developing its international partner network to help deliver continued organic growth.

The conference, which started on Wednesday (14th May) and finishes tomorrow (16th May) takes place at the Dubai Hotel and Conference Centre and includes a packed itinerary of discussions, break-out sessions and social events.

Ian explained: "Our Middle East Conference is the official start of our 25th anniversary celebrations and we look forward to marking this important milestone with our global partners.

"The event is focusing on how we can continue to drive organic growth through the combined expertise of our global network.

"We are also taking a little bit of Liverpool with us to Dubai - in the shape of the city's iconic Superlambananas."

The conference marks the start of a series of celebratory events for Warrant Group including its participation in the International Festival for Business this summer.

Warrant Group will be a speaker at the Liverpool Chamber of Commerce's 'The Power of the Global Network' conference on July 14th-15th. It will host a workshop at its offices located next to the Port of Liverpool and be featured as the 'Captain of Industry' for Supply Chain and Logistics at the Chamber's gala dinner at the Titanic Hotel.

Ian added: "We're delighted to be partnering with the Liverpool Chamber of Commerce to make the most of an international audience on our own waterfront.

"It will be a fantastic platform to showcase the skill and dedication of the city's businesses and demonstrate Warrant Group's ability to deliver innovative global supply chain solutions."

Warrant Group will also be raising money for charity during its 25th anniversary year. Ian Jones will be running in the Edinburgh Marathon later this month and other charity activities are also in the pipeline to support Stick 'n' Step, a charity which helps children with cerebral palsy and their familes from across the North West.
