Savoye, one of the world's leading logistics software and warehouse equipment solution providers, has announced the appointment of Frédéric Mancion to the position of chairman. Mancion's appointment marks Savoye's continued commitment to developing its market share and further builds on the company's international expansion.
Frédéric Mancion joined Savoye in 2001 as sales director for France. He then progressed to become business director for France and Southern Europe before becoming a member of Savoye's executive committee. In 2007 Mancion was promoted to vice-chairman of Savoye and head of Savoye's software division.
Savoye continues to enhance its offering with innovations in technology in every area of its business, from advances in automated packaging and pallet storage to logistics software. Frédéric Mancion's appointment will mark a new chapter in business development for the €83.5 million* company and will help further build Savoye's presence in the global market place.
Mancion succeeds Jean-Michel Guarneri, who has been Savoye's chairman since 2006 and was responsible for the development of the software division of the company.
