Based at the firms’ Fareham headquarters, Mike’s new role will be to lead the L&S call centre team and ensure that L&S Waste is providing its customers with the highest possible service standards.
Mike brings more than 25 years’ experience in sales and customer service; having previously filled managerial roles in companies involved in enhancing the customer experience. His expertise extends to business development and the effective management of teams.
