TGW's Mustang stacker is well-known for its extraordinary performance. With the new MAGITO this performance is offered in a single-mast handling machine that can be used for heights of up to 18 m at full capacity.
With a conveying speed of up to 6 m/s and an acceleration of over 3 m/s² the Mustang's impressive performance has turned this device into the market leader for automated mini-load applications. The three Mustang options provide this performance to any height up to 14 m, which gives an optimum price/performance ratio.
Now, for the first time the high performance attained by TGW's Mustang stacker crane can be realised at heights of up to 18 m, with a new development called MAGITO. This is thanks to a new construction concept for the mast-head allowing this latest addition to the TGW's stacker family to offer the same dynamic performance as its shorter brothers. A separate chassis at the top of the device is equipped with dampers and connected to the mast by means of a joint, which allows the machine to optimally adjust inclinations and to bear the high acceleration and deceleration forces.
Advantages such as low purchase costs, optimum traverse dimensions or a considerably lower weight of the device in the warehouse than with conventional twin-mast handling machines promises tremendous success for the only single-mast stacker crane offering this high performance.
