Misumi launch new Internet presence with updated website

MISUMI Europa GmbH launched its new Internet presence on the World Wide Web — the website has been completely overhauled with regards to the visuals, technology and functions.

Over the past year, the Japanese specialist for standard, purchased and custom-made mechanical parts has slightly altered its corporate design. The company’s Internet presence has been adjusted accordingly and now features a simple design, light and friendly colours and a clearly laid out menu navigation for increased user-friendliness. On the homepage, there are four navigation links to choose from: Catalogues, Products, Services and Company.

Holding the cursor on each section will display the respective sub-levels. Users are sure to find the information they require after only a few mouse clicks.

Once you leave the start page, a quick link list that is constantly visible enables you to have direct access to three important features: the MISUMI 24/7 e-Commerce solution with CAD data download (native and neutral), customer registration and the option to request a paper catalogue.

In addition to helpful online tools such as the service life calculation tool for linear guides and profiled rail guides, as well as various evaluation reports and application examples, users can also browse the product area for information on new technology that the provider has launched after the main catalogue has been published. Brochures are also available for download as PDF files; these contain detailed technical and commercial information and act as supplements to the catalogues.

The company also publishes the MISUMI News & Views customer magazine for the European region. All issues can be downloaded as PDF files in the Services section, which also contains the global MISUMI Voice Group newsletter.
