MOSCA enhances customer support

Mosca Direct has expanded its customer support to include an out of hours emergency service unique in the strapping industry.

Managing Director Gaye Tate explains: "Mosca Direct customers already benefit from the ultimate in reliability and minimum production down time. In addition, the low maintenance costs of Mosca machines make them the lowest whole life cost machines in their class.

"Our motivation for launching the out of hours emergency service is to enhance customer service as far as possible, whilst offering the maximum possible to our customers within our limitations."

The comprehensive emergency service is available during evenings and weekends. Callers can request delivery of strap, film or spare parts, arrange to speak to a qualified engineer or arrange for an engineer to attend their site on a priority basis on the next working weekday. The emergency out of hours service is chargeable at £300 per instance. Mosca Direct also offers free telephone support during working hours to all customers who have a Mosca Service Contract.

Mosca is the world’s largest manufacturer of narrow strapping systems and global market leader in many sectors; e.g. strapping in the distribution industry, in the corrugated industry, in the print industry, in the pharmaceutical, roof tiles and meat industries as well as in cash handling and direct mail industries.

Mosca equipment, servicing, spare parts and strapping materials are available in the UK from its wholly owned subsidiary Mosca Direct of Cotgrave, Nottingham.
