Motor Wheel Service Distribution (MWSD) has appointed Kim Blissett to the role of Business and Marketing Coordinator, with a brief to raise the profile of the company’s key industry campaigns with customers.
Reporting to Managing Director John Ellis, she will be tasked with keeping truck and trailer operators abreast of the wheel safety activity in the UK and Europe, as well as promoting the Chevron stamp which assists operators in choosing quality steel wheel products while aiding traceability.
In addition she will be responsible for organising meetings for field sales agents, ensuring all relevant product and campaign literature is available for marketing purposes.
Kim has previously worked for MWSD in both marketing and database capacities prior to taking the new position on a full-time basis.
John said: "Kim has already proven her worth to the company in previous roles, and the new job is not only in recognition of her excellent work to date, but her commitment to understand a very technical product and translate these messages for our customers."
