B&B Attachments is ensuring that its customers will be provided with the best possible service at all times by appointing Alan Scarlett as its After Sales Manager. The UK's leading supplier of masts and forklift truck attachments, B&B Attachments has promoted Alan Scarlet to this new position to reflect the company's status as a major supplier of hire equipment in the UK and Ireland, and a leading attachment service support contractor to the materials handling industry.
Alan Scarlett joined B&B Attachments in 1988 as a Service Engineer at the company's headquarters in Newbury. When B&B Attachments opened its site in Cramlington, Northumberland, Alan transferred there as Depot Manager latterly taking on the role as Service Manager.
As After Sales Manager, Alan will be responsible for overseeing the depot and service engineers, supervising service contracts and warranties and liaising with customers on repairs and technical issues. His appointment will provide B&B customers with an even greater after sales customer care and faster response times.
