New General Manager for Nissan forklift

Geoff Phillips has been appointed General Manager for Nissan Forklift in the UK following the retirement of Brendon Sparks. He has been National Sales Manager for the company since Nissan created its own distributor network in 1991, after holding similar roles for 16 years with forklift manufacturers in Britain and South Africa. The new role comes at a time of continuing expansion for the Nissan Forklift brand. “This year alone, we will see further growth of our warehouse offering following the acquisition of Atlet, together with a raft of new forklift products and increasingly green technology.” says Geoff.

“In the UK we will be supporting that wider product offering with a dramatically restructured dealer network. It will provide our customers with a package of sales, service and on‐going support that is even more local to
them.”
