Mark Cartwright has been appointed Group Managing Director of Altrincham based leading body and trailer manufacturer Cartwright.
He has taken up the newly created post following the recent departure of joint managing directors John and Steven Cartwright. Peter Cartwright continues as the Company Chairman and Lisa Cartwright as a Director on the board.
Mark heads up all the company's operations across its four main activities of manufacturing, rentals, finance sales and fleet services and a workforce of more than 500 employees.
Born in Manchester he joined the family business 20 years ago after gaining an Honours degree in Manufacturing, Engineering and Management at Nottingham University.
Mark has an extensive background in engineering and has worked across the full spectrum of the wide ranging Cartwright business including the procurement supply chain. He was formerly Procurement Director at Cartwright before taking up his new post.
