The economic squeeze means that managers need up-to-date information on cost factors affecting their businesses and of upcoming changes, in order to best manage their operation in the most economic and efficient fashion. FTA information services are designed to provide such support and the expansion of our staff resource in this area is a sign of our commitment to aiding our members.'
