New Logistics Learning Alliance website launched

Leading logistics and supply chain management training provider, Logistics Learning Alliance, has launched a totally revised website, that provides up-to-date details of the company’s courses and incorporates improved navigation.

As well as being much easier to navigate, website visitors will find it has a cleaner look with simple links to key pages that contain information about the Logistics Learning Alliance’s (LLA) wide range of training programmes for both companies and individuals.

Through the ‘student pages’ tab there is easy access to the LLA Campus, which has a short video on the tutor supported self-study programmes along with a full list of courses available. These range from introductory courses such as ‘Essentials – Inventory’, a short programme on the importance of managing inventory across the supply chain, to ‘Advanced Transport’ – designed to give an understanding of how operations can be re-engineered to improve efficiency.

Further sections cover qualifications, which highlights LLA’s collaborations with the Institute of Supply Chain Management (IoSCM) and the Chartered Institute of Transport and Logistics, and company training, which offers bespoke workforce development programmes.

To accommodate the increasing number of people accessing websites via smartphones and tablets, the LLA website uses mobile responsive technology that recognises what devices visitors are using and pages ‘flow to fit’ as appropriate.

“As demand for our training solutions continues to grow, we recognised the need to update our website and improve the functionality in line with our policy of continuous development,” said Peter Jones, managing director at Logistics Learning Alliance.

“As a result, our new website has a much cleaner look and is mobile responsive. This trend-setting design makes our site so much easier to view on a laptop, tablet or smart phone. We believe this enhancement will make it simpler for visitors and existing students to find information that is relevant to their needs.”
