Geodis Calberson, the UK road transport and logistics division of global logistics solutions provider Geodis, has appointed a new Marketing Manager.
In her new role Anna Kozlowska will also oversee all marketing activities of the Fortec Pallet Distribution Network, which is part of Geodis Calberson.
Anna, aged 24, joins Geodis Calberson from the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT). In her 2½ years with the CILT she worked her way up from Membership Services Assistant to Marketing Assistant, taking on additional responsibility as Project Manager for the Humanitarian Logistics Association, which is supported by the CILT. Within 12 months of starting this new role she achieved 80 per cent membership growth of the HLA.
Anna said: "I was over the moon when I was offered the job as both Geodis Calberson and the Fortec Pallet Distribution Network have excellent reputations within the transport industry.
"I’m looking to raise brand awareness for both organisations and to put them both on the map against other major players in the industry. I will work closely with all business units within Geodis Calberson and Fortec in order to achieve this, providing them with opportunities to network with our customers and other professionals across the industry."
In her spare time Anna is studying for a business degree at the University of Northampton on a part-time basis and is in her third and final year. She is also studying towards a CILT Level 2 Certificate in Logistics and Transport.
