Tool features powerful scheduling and management capabilities, easy-to-read reports
U.K. builders can schedule, track, and manage projects more efficiently by using one of Xactware’s latest innovations — the Project Management and Scheduling module in Xactimate.
With this robust tool, builders and renovators can quickly create schedules of all company activities to improve organisation, manage resources, and increase productivity. The Project Management and Scheduling module is contained in Xactimate, an estimating platform that helps builders and insurers reliably estimate building replacement costs faster than with conventional methods. Xactimate was developed by Xactware, an international leader in claims estimation technology, and is used by 80 per cent of U.S. repair builders.

The project schedules and resource lists can be emailed to co-workers, employees, and subcontractors to improve coordination and avoid costly misunderstandings. The Project Management and Scheduling module can also generate easy-to-read charts and diagrams that enhance a builder’s professional image.
