Bito – the international storage systems manufacturer – has announced the launch of a completely new range of pallet racking. The new collection will be among the products to be highlighted on the company's stand at this year's IMHX.
A key feature of the new system is the fact that the racking profile is engineered from a single piece of steel. This results in significantly improved weight loading and allows Bito to offer product guarantees that many other racking suppliers cannot match.
In all, the new range comprises ten different racking profiles – each offering a specific weight loading and structural capability to ensure flexibility and strength. The new system will complement Bito's well known range of live storage products and its introduction enables Bito to provide a one-stop shop for their clients' racking and shelving product needs.

"We are are perhaps best known for our live storage products which we have been successfully selling and building in the UK for a number of years. However, in the modern market most end users prefer a single point of supply so it is important for us to offer a full range of racking and shelving products. The launch of the new racking system enables us to do just this."
The new pallet racking, which complies with all relevant DIN and FEM standards, will be produced at Bito's manufacturing plant at Meisenheim in Germany. The factory has been significantly expanded to meet demand for the new product and €15 million has been invested in new tooling and state of the art production techniques that will allow the new range to be extremely competitively priced.
