Balluff invests further within the UK. Balluff, the international sensor company have recently relocated to a new business centre close to Manchester Airport.
This German based company has been established within the UK since 1979, predominately working within the manufacturing industry leading the market in sensors, switches, Industrial RFID and industrial connectivity. The significant investment by their parent company Balluff GmbH of a new building for the UK Headquarters will allow for further growth and development by the company and its staff.
The building located in the heart of the prestigious Cheadle Royal Business Park provides both a state-of-the-art office and distribution centre, furthermore it will be the centre of excellence for product training for its UK and Ireland manufacturing partners.
Managing Director John Radford added: “This new building shows the investment Balluff World-wide are making within the UK. The office itself provides us with a wonderful opportunity for expansion in the coming years. For us to be located in this modern vibrant building, along with its distribution facility will allow us to deliver both our products and services more efficiently to our manufacturing partners throughout UK and Ireland. Here at Balluff we have always been proud of our highly trained and experienced staff, the majority of our staff live within the area, it was therefore important that this was where our new UK Headquarters should remain.”
The new facility was officially opened by The Worshipful the Mayor of Stockport June Somekh, local MP Mark Hunter and the President of Balluff GmbH Mr Rolf Hermle on Friday 14th December
