Acopia Group has announced the launch of the iWrap Hand System, a new product designed to revolutionise the way businesses wrap pallets by hand.
This system combines a lightweight, ergonomic pole dispenser with the sustainable, high-performance EcoCore hand wrap, offering a more efficient and eco-friendly solution for pallet wrapping.
The iWrap Hand System was developed in response to customer feedback, targeting key challenges when wrapping pallets by hand.
The system reduces the physical strain on workers by eliminating the need for bending or walking backward, significantly lowering the risk of musculoskeletal injuries.
Moreover, the EcoCore hand wrap is designed to reduce waste, featuring a core that is 46% lighter than standard extended cores, contributing to cost savings in waste storage, removal, and disposal.
The hand wrap itself is made from 30% recycled plastic, further enhancing its environmental benefits.
“Our customers have long needed a solution that not only improves operational efficiency but also aligns with their sustainability goals,” said Keenan Lynes, Managing Director at Acopia.
“The iWrap Hand System meets these needs by combining ergonomic design with eco-conscious materials, making it a true game-changer for the industry.”
