DPD UK wins Customer Experience & Loyalty Award at the 2019 National Business Awards
The UK's number 1 domestic parcels carrier DPD UK has been honoured at the 2019 National Business Awards, winning the Customer Experience & Loyalty Award. Astronaut Tim Peake was the keynote speaker at the ceremony in front of 1,200 business leaders, investors and representatives from Government and the press, at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London's Park Lane. The awards - known as the 'Oscars of UK plc' - are the UK's most prestigious business awards programme and attract entries from across the public and private sector. The awards are judged by an independent panel consisting of business leaders and industry experts. Celebrating those organisations that consistently deliver exceptional customer experience with a positive impact to the bottom line, the Customer Experience & Loyalty Award is sponsored by Virgin Atlantic. While the Customer Experience & Loyalty award was a brand new category for 2019, DPD UK had previously won the Customer Focus category in 2009, 2013 and 2016.
