Norbert Dentressangle has secured a major new multi-million pound contract over three years with industry market leader Building Adhesives Limited.
Based in Stoke-on-Trent, Building Adhesives Ltd specialises in the development, manufacture and distribution of ceramic tile adhesives, grouts, silicone sealants and ancillary products for a wide range of applications under the BAL and Dunlop brand names.
To differentiate the company in a competitive market, Building Adhesives Ltd set about re-enforcing its brand values of professionalism, service performance and quality throughout its business, and sought a new distribution partner that could reflect these standards.

Norbert Dentressangle Transport Services collects products from Building Adhesive Ltd's manufacturing centre and makes over 10,000 next day deliveries per annum using a range of regional partners and managed capacity to distributors, wholesalers and retailers across the UK.
With an automatic interface of the company's booking diary input into its SHARP (Shipment Handling and Reporting Program) system, Norbert Dentressangle is able to provide Building Adhesive Ltd with greater operational visibility and control than previously enjoyed. This improved quality of service is valued by Building Adhesives Ltd.
