A huge 160,000 sq.ft. (15,000 sq.m.) warehouse in Felixstowe's Dooley Road is being jointly marketed by commercial property agents, Suffolk-based Penn Commercial and London-based Frankis Porter.
Block E is on Dooley Road, just off Walton Avenue, a central location in the UK's largest container port. The warehouse is available to let as a whole or as smaller units, starting from approx 27,000 sq.ft. (2,500 sq.m.)
The whole of Block E comprises a single storey warehouse, arranged in a terrace of seven bays with a large front yard area and rear access road.
There is a single span steel portal frame to each bay, and 18ft. (5.5m.) to the eaves.
There are loading doors to the front & rear of each bay, good parking facilities, and the site is secured by perimeter fencing.
Vanessa Penn of Penn Commercial said, "This is a central location in one of the world's busiest container terminals and is used by many of the major shipping lines, linking it to destinations across the world.
"There is a nearby ro-ro terminal and freight train link to inland distribution destinations, and plans to upgrade this in the future," she added.
Walton Avenue in Felixstowe connects directly to the A14, which leads to the Midlands. The A14 meets the A12 in Ipswich just 12 miles away, providing access to the M25, London and the major south east markets.
