AIT Worldwide Logistics company Panther Logistics has added a global nursery furniture brand trusted by over a million parents to its customer portfolio.
The UK’s leading two-person delivery specialist, is now managing final mile deliveries for Boori, which grew from an independent nursery store in Sydney, Australia, more than 30 years ago.
Boori specialises in sustainably sourced timber nursery and children's furniture, including play and study furniture, and mattresses. They have been active in the UK for nearly 20 years operating from its recently opened warehousing facility in Reading, Berkshire.
The majority of Boori furniture is supplied flat-packed and Panther Logistics will be responsible for the delivery of the heavier items such as wardrobes, chests of drawers, cot and bunk beds as well as multi product deliveries.
James Langer, Business Development Manager at Panther, said: “Customers have become more at ease with turning to online retailers for large lifestyle items such as nursery furniture and now expect a premium delivery experience. Panther delivers to a room of choice, handles returns, and offers consumers nominated day delivery five days a week.
Boori is looking to grow the business over the next two years with its focus primarily in the E-commerce sector.

Boori was founded by entrepreneur Justin Chui and now has stores across six countries and a purpose-built factory in the province of Jiaxing in China.
