Goplasticpallets.com has introduced to its range a new, improved version of its GoBox 1210 BBC bulk storage container in blue, which has been hygienically enhanced to help food processing companies meet the most stringent hygiene standards.
A number of design alterations have been made to the new GoBox 1210 BBC Blue bulk storage container for improved hygienic performance, making it even easier and faster to clean; these include no acute angles, larger radiuses in the structure, fewer open sections on the sides, and closed supporting columns.
Other enhancements include increased ground clearance, making it easier for forklifts to enter and exit runners, plus additional smooth ribs within the corner and central corners for optimum strength and superior performance in dynamic, stacked and racked scenarios.
Jim Hardisty, Managing Director of Goplasticpallets.com, said: “This really is the next generation of bulk storage container and we’re delighted to be the only supplier in the UK to stock it in this bright blue colour, which is ideal for the food industry as it stands out in processing areas!”
Manufactured from the highest food grade virgin HDPE, the GoBox 1210 BBC Blue bulk storage container is suitable for all types of application where cleanliness and hygiene are of prime importance, from harvesting hard fruit and vegetables to meat handling and storing fats, oils and other food ingredients. Hugely versatile, it can also be used for clearing waste and used packaging for recycling.
The GoBox 1210 BBC Blue bulk storage container measures 1200mm (L) x 1000mm (W) x 760mm (H) and comes on three runners so it can be used in racking or stacked up to five high for the ultimate space saving solution, but a version is also available with four feet (GoBox 1210 BBA Blue). Both versions have six possible drainage locations.
Depending on order quantities, the new GoBox 1210 BBC Blue bulk storage container is available from Goplasticpallets.com for next day delivery to UK locations in either blue or grey as standard. For orders over 130 units, customers can choose from a selection of other colours and personalisation options including screen printing and hot foil printing.
Lids and moulded-in label holders are also available.
Customers can also choose to have RFID chips added to the inside middle column of the box to track and trace deliveries. The RFID chips can be programmed according to customers’ requirements and are completely water resistant.
