NOV Mono pump and muncher solutions showcased at Energy from Biomass and Waste 2011

NOV Mono, Europe's leading designer and manufacturer of pumps, parts, Munchers, screens and packaged systems, will be showcasing its high performance progressing cavity (PC) pump and Muncher solutions at Energy from Biomass and Waste (EBW) 2011, giving visitors to the exhibition the chance to see this revolutionary technology first-hand.

Set to take the show by storm, Mono will be exhibiting its revolutionary EZstripTM maintain-in-place pump. The biggest leap forward in PC pump design for 30 years, the EZstripTM pump has been specifically developed by Mono to provide a quick and easy way to disassemble, de-rag and maintain a PC pump in-situ, eliminating the costly maintenance and down time that conventional servicing techniques can often cause.

In addition, Mono will also be promoting the latest model from its successful TR Muncher range, the new EZstrip CT201 TR Muncher which has been designed to meet on-site tanker discharge requirements and sludge/fat homogenizing, by protecting downstream equipment from blockages, while allowing quick and easy inspection and maintenance.

Mark Viner, European Sales Manager at Mono, commented: "Due to the difficult economic climate, maximising pump performance has never been so important, and as such, optimizing process efficiency must be top of the industry's agenda. We have developed an innovative range of pumps and grinders, specifically designed with this in mind.

"EBW provides us with the ideal opportunity to showcase our specialist products, and give visitors to the show a first-hand look at how they can significantly improve their processing applications."
