Mono, Europe’s leading designer and manufacturer of pumps, parts, grinders, screens and packaged systems, will be exhibiting its revolutionary range of EZstrip™ progressing cavity (PC) pumps and grinders at UK AD & Biogas 2011, providing visitors to the show with the unique opportunity to see the most innovative maintain-in-place (MIP) pumps and grinders all under one roof.
The stand will play host to NOV Mono’s family of EZstrip™ products which, including its Transfer Pump, Cake Pump and TR Muncher®, which have all revolutionised the way in which progressing cavity pumps are maintained, eliminating the unwanted, costly maintenance and down time that servicing can cause.
Mark Viner, European Sales Manager at NOV Mono, commented: "The processing industry faces an ongoing challenge to reduce costs, improve efficiency and control maintenance downtime, so to ensure plants continually improve their processes and control costs, engineers must be fully up to speed with the latest product developments so they can consider all the options open to them.
"As the only trade show in the UK solely devoted to the anaerobic digestion and biogas industry, UK AD & Biogas 2011 provides an ideal opportunity for us to bring these high performance products direct to the people that could benefit from them most."
Taking centre stage at the exhibition will be NOV Mono’s EZstrip™ Transfer pump which has been specifically developed to provide a quick and easy way to disassemble, de-rag and maintain a PC pump in-situ in just two and a half minutes.
Also on show will be NOV Mono’s EZstripTM Cake pump which can be completely stripped down and re-built in just 15 minutes, without the need to disconnect or remove any pipe work. Typical applications for the sludge pump include thickened sludge cake (up to 40 per cent dry solids content), de-watered sludge, lime powder coating, sludge blending and barrier layer injection.
NOV Mono are to also showcase the latest addition to the EZstrip™ family, the EZstrip™ TR Muncher® which offers a competitive solution to solids grinding and sludge conditioning. The EZstrip™ Munchers all house a quick release access port allowing the cutter assembly to be maintained in place, while allowing quick and easy inspection and maintenance.
