The extremely compact housing of Patlite’s ME series signal towers is made of non-corrosive anodized aluminium and has a diameter of only 25 millimetres. Clear lenses with a patented prism facet and high-power coloured LEDs provide for optimal luminous efficiency.
The compact signal towers of the ME series are ideally suited for smaller machines such as printers or assembly systems for watches, as well as for medical equipment. Patlite designed the light elements of the signal columns particularly with regard to an improved and especially intensive illumination. The modules are manufactured from temperature-resistant, highly impact-resistant polycarbonate resin. This material features an extremely long service life and excellent light transmittance. The patented double reflection system, a special prism facet of the hybrid glass domes, provides for better visibility from all directions and from afar. Patlite offers the LED modules in red, yellow, green, blue and white (or transparent); up to five modules can be stacked on the base unit.

The silver-coloured signal towers with their transparent light modules, are convincing not only due to their optical advantages – they are also easy to install: The housing is pre-assembled and pre-wired. Therefore, the signal towers need only one hole for mounting. After installation, the LED modules can also be easily replaced – without rewiring. The same applies to adding or removing modules – all that is needed is a central shaft of the necessary length.
The column body is available in lengths of either 40 or 200 millimetres. The short version is recommended for single machines and the longer one is ideal for installation on machines in a production line.
