Pyjamas means pounds for comic relief

On Friday 13th March, staff at Telford-based KRL will be celebrating Red Nose Day 2015 by wearing their onesies or pyjamas to work.

For an entire day, the office will be putting away their suits and KRL uniform’s and be sporting their onesie or for those who prefer some funky pyjamas, all in the name of charity! Customers and suppliers are also invited to show their support by sponsoring us using the link below, all to raise big bucks for a great cause. KRL, which is part of Palletways, Europe’s leading palletised freight network, employs over 100 members of staff, with as many as possible being encouraged to support this brilliant Red Nose Day Event.

Senior members of staff, including Regional Operations Director, Peter Phythian, will be wearing a onesie for an entire day at KRL’s NLC facility in Telford, and the person with the best onesie or pyjamas will be crowned Comic Relief King or Queen of the office. This sponsored ‘KRL onesie / PJ day’ will take place at several of the branches including Telford, Birmingham and Manchester.

Peter Phythian, Operations Director at KRL, said:“My onesie is top secret and will be revealed on the day, I’m making no plans to cancel any meetings I have scheduled for the day, so I hope I can give my clients and colleagues a good laugh on Red Nose Day 2015!”

The money raised by KRL will help people living unimaginably tough lives across the UK and Africa. Comic Relief is a UK charity, which aims to create a just world, free from poverty. To date, Comic Relief has raised over £960million. That money has helped, and is helping, people living incredibly tough lives, both at home in the UK and across the world.
