Milwaukee, WI -RedPrairie Corporation announced today that it will be rolling out its BlueCube Enterprise Workforce Optimization suite at leading specialty retailer Ann Taylor during 2007. The system, which is designed to bring a more disciplined approach and process to resource and labor deployment in retail stores, was successfully piloted at the Ann Taylor Stores division in 2006 and will be rolled out company-wide in 2007.
The rollout will leverage several components of the Workforce Optimization Suite, specifically Forecasting, Automated Scheduling, Dashboard, Business Process Workflows, and e-Learning Courseware, as well as the system's Metric Reporting and Analysis tools.
