John Pym appointment brings 20 years of logistics expertise to RedPrairie's EMEA TMS team
RedPrairie Corporation, a leading productivity solutions provider, has appointed John Pym to the role of Senior Solutions Consultant and Industry Director for Transportation Management Solutions (TMS).
John has experience and knowledge of the supply chain sector, gained from over 20-years of working in the logistics industry with companies such as A.P. Moller - Maersk Group and GIST, where his roles covered a number operations - including Marks & Spencer and GlaxoSmithKline contracts, project management and senior management positions. He has also worked in software houses and management consultancies, implementing warehouse and transportation management systems for local and multinational corporations.
At RedPrairie his responsibilities include analysing industry trends and converting them into functional enhancements required to keep the company's TMS system at the forefront of its market, as well as demonstrating product capabilities to potential clients and speaking at logistics events.
