Renovotec launches ‘Try Before You Buy’ and trade-in incentives for the new TC8000 Rugged Mobile Computer

→Innovative TC8000 design increases productivity by 14%

→Designed for warehousing, manufacturing and retail environments

Renovotec, the UK’s fastest growing rugged hardware provider for warehousing and distribution, manufacturing and retail companies is offering up to £200 legacy equipment trade-in plus a free ‘try before you buy’ one week trial with installation for the rugged, data-capture TC8000 mobile computer, which increases productivity by an average 14% based on workflow – a saving of one hour per worker per shift, according to manufacturer Zebra Technologies. The TC8000’s innovative ‘hairbrush’ design has been shown to reduce wrist motion by 55%, decrease muscle exertion by 15%, increase typing speed by 40% and cut error rates by 60%, while its ergonomic, breakthrough-design body is one third lighter than traditional mobile computers, reducing user fatigue.

“We hope that our trade-in and ‘try before you buy’ incentives will help users to experience the TC8000, which in Renovotec’s view is a genuinely innovative piece of kit” says Renovotec managing director Richard Gilliard. “The TC8000 has been designed for competitive, cost-conscious companies wanting to raise their performance and lower their overhead.”

The TC8000 rugged mobile computer is suitable for warehousing and distribution, manufacturing and back-of-store retail environments. It can be used for a wide range of warehouse management and distribution tasks including truck loading and unloading, picking and put away including voice-directed picking (VDP), EDI transactions, returns, replenishment and shipping. TC8000 manufacturing applications include shop floor communications, inventory management, parts tracking, supply-line replenishment, compliance verification, receiving/put away and shipping. TC8000 retail tasks include price audits and changes, store receiving, inventory management and in-store communications.
