Reverse logistics specialist Scott ELM celebrate 20 years in business

site for the past two decades, and is now an integral member of the newly branded Scott Group, providing a systematic and environmentally responsible approach to the use of transit packaging, including the collection, repair and re-use of timber pallets.

To celebrate the 20th birthday, Scott ELM is also is paying a special tribute to five dedicated members of staff for lengthy service. Depot Supervisor, Colin Mansfield and Senior Workshop Supervisor, Paul Baker, both from Albert Village, have been awarded for twenty years dedicated service. Administration Co-ordinator, Julie Birch from Church Gresley; Commercial Manager, Cathy Morio from Derby and Senior Operative, Peter Skinner from Albert Village were awarded for fifteen years service with the company.

Scott ELM offers various pallet management services across a range of sectors including specification evaluation, tracking, tracing and recovering transit packaging from market. Services include inspection, repair and refurbishment of transit packaging as well as statistical analysis of packaging specification performance.

Scott ELM is a division of the Scott Group which was established in 1987 as a family-run sawmill and today employs over 1000 people UK-wide. The business is committed to ensuring customers are at the forefront of the latest industry developments and thrives on finding the most effective solutions for customers with the aim of providing quality products and a professional, straight-talking service at a competitive price.
