Smith Brothers & Webb appoints Sales and Marketing Manager
Simon Tipple to drive forward new business
Simon Tipple has been appointed as Sales & Marketing Manager for Smith Brothers & Webb, the world-renowned manufacturers of the Britannia brand of automated train, bus and coach washes.
His appointment underlines the determination of the company, already globally renowned for the longevity, durability and excellent wash quality of its machines, to further grow its business, which is based in Warwickshire, UK.
Simon’s focus will be on winning new sales and driving forward business development while engaging closely with existing customers and being responsible for the website, e-commerce and marketing materials.
He brings a wealth of experience in marketing and account management to the new role. For many years he worked in tourism, rising to become Manager of Destination Worcestershire for the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce before setting up his own consultancy in tourism and economic development. Aged 40, he has an HND in Business and Finance Tourism from Cardiff University.
