Southampton and Cowes-based transport and distribution specialists, Acclaim Logistics, has appointed Sean Pooley to their growing Isle of Wight-based team.
At Acclaim Logistics, which is part of Palletways, Europe’s largest and fastest growing express palletised freight network, Sean will apply his extensive logistics experience and detailed local knowledge to the company’s freight distribution service.
As one of very few carriers to maintain and actively develop operations on both sides of the Solent, Acclaim handle significant volumes of palletised goods, parcels and documents both on the mainland and island every day, and has recently introduced a unique priority door-to-door shuttle service for the same day delivery of urgent items.
