The event will bring together over 180 suppliers and 800 employees in one place and for the first time the event will be held over two days giving suppliers the chance to speak directly to the people involved in specifying, ordering and recommending their products.
Speedy Services' Project Lead for the Event, Simon Briggs, says the exhibition will give suppliers the chance to open a dialogue with the people that ultimately influence customers' hire and purchase decisions.
He says: "With a network of around 300 regional depots it is our responsibility to keep our staff informed of new products and developments in the industry and what better way to do that than to hear it directly from the manufacturers and suppliers themselves?
"The Speedy Supply Chain Exhibition gives our suppliers a valuable opportunity to showcase their company and products and to have access to the people that have direct influence with our customers."
Amongst the 180 exhibitors, many returning for the third year of the Speedy, are Milwaukee, JCB, Belle, Husqvarna, Makita, Towerlight, Terex, Youngmans, Nationwide and Watkins.
Held at the Telford International Centre on 30th and 31st October, exhibitors will be showcasing their latest product ranges, holding product demonstrations and interacting with Speedy employees, management and directors. There will also be an opportunity to be involved in seminars and the company's annual supplier awards dinner will also take place during the show.
A full breakdown of award winners will be available at www.speedyservices.com after the event.
