STADLER appoints dedicated project manager for Milton Keynes PFI Project

STADLER UK, a high-tech supplier of complete sorting and treatment plants for the waste management industry, has announced the appointment of David Cain as Project Manager for the Milton Keynes Waste Recovery Park project.


The Milton Keynes Waste Recovery Park is a unique project where the local authority has taken the ground-breaking decision to integrate three separate waste management systems on a single operating site, with the mechanical treatment (MT) element designed by Stadler UK.


David Cain has been appointed as Project Manager to ensure the smooth co-ordination of the design and installation of the MT plant, working closely with the designers of the AD (anaerobic digestion) and ATT (advanced thermal treatment) plants to deliver the project to the client, Milton Keynes Council.


David joins with a wealth of experience in waste management, having previously worked with EcoPlastics, and is a qualified engineer.
