Structure-flex appoints GM to support further growth

joined the company in early April 2008, and is responsible to the Directors for the efficient and profitable management of the company in line with a demanding three year business plan.

He brings with him a wealth of experience having led the management of manufacturing companies for many years. His previous posts have included working with family owned companies similar in size and structure to Structure-flex, although he also has experience of corporate business life as a result of time spent at multi-national companies such as ICL and The Ford Motor Company.

Richard, his wife and their seven-year-old daughter have lived in Rutland in recent years, but they will all be relocating to North Norfolk in the near future. In his leisure time Richard is a keen golfer, and an avid DIY man who owns his own cement mixer!

Structure-flex Managing Director Ian Doughty welcomed Richard to the organisation, saying:
