Redefine|BDL Hotels, part of the Redefine International Group, has appointed Specialist Waste Recycling (SWR) to manage the waste across its portfolio of 56 hotels in the UK.
As a franchisee of global hotel brands such as IHG, Wyndham, Hilton, Starwood & Best Western, Redefine|BDL Hotels is the UK’s largest independent hotel management company with a growing international presence.
Specialists in waste and recycling for the hospitality industry, SWR will apply its knowledge and expertise to deliver maximised recycling at each site, while reducing waste disposal costs by up to 15%. SWR will also assist Redefine|BDL’s Scottish based hotels in meeting the forthcoming changes to waste regulations for food waste and recycling, which are due to be enforced in Scotland as of January 2014.
