SWYFT HOME NOMINATES PANTHER WAREHOUSING AS SOLE DELIVERY AND WAREHOUSING PARTNER

Swyft Home nominates Panther Warehousing as sole delivery and warehousing partner

Swyft Home has appointed the UK’s leading two-man delivery service provider Panther Warehousing as its sole delivery and warehousing partner.

The innovative sofa manufacturers and designers will benefit from a range of Panther’s services including nominated day delivery, and full track and trace from point of order through to delivery. Panther will also deliver to the customer’s choice of room and ensure that all packaging is removed and taken away.

After making a strong case for outsourcing Swyft’s warehousing, two-man delivery specialists will store, pick and pack Swyft stock in a bid to improve delivery times as well as providing a late cut off for next day delivery and a range of fast home delivery services.

Panther’s premium delivery slots will also be available before 10.00am and after 6.00pm delivery.

Having already established themselves with strong reputation in future delivery for two-man deliveries Panther is well placed to accommodate the needs of Swyft Home and its customers throughout the UK.

Setting out to offer the ‘future of furniture’ Swyft Home delivers a seamless product offering to its customers which not only provides total comfort but is also able meet the direct needs of the modern-day consumer.

After noticing a common issue for consumers when purchasing furniture was that it was either ill-fitting or a struggle to carry into their home, company Founder Kieran Hewkin saw an opportunity to provide a solution to this problem.

To ensure that customers no longer have to experience the stress of struggling to manoeuvre an ill-fitting sofa into their homes, Swyft has created Sofa in a Box, a product that can be delivered to a customer’s door in 48 hours through the tightest of entries with the added benefit of it being able to be assembled within minutes.

Launched in January this year, Swyft Home’s product offering truly embodies both innovation and craftsmanship.

The unique product is fast-becoming increasingly popular and Panther aims to support Swyft Home as it continues to ascend its upward trajectory.

Gary McKelvey, Commercial Director, Panther Warehousing commented: “Panther is delighted to partner with Swyft Home, a company that is providing a unique solution to a common problem for furniture buyers.

“In order for Swyft to cope with their ever-increasing demand, Panther will be working closely alongside the company to store, pick, pack and deliver its brilliantly designed sofas all over the country.

“Swyft is a fast-growing company that has gone from strength to strength this year and we are hugely excited to utilise our strong reputation in the furniture sector to elevate the company’s service offering to its customers.”

Kieran Hewkin added: “Having extensively researched the market for an experienced delivery partner, Panther’s enthusiasm and total transparency on pricing tipped the scales on the decision-making process.

“The company’s established reputation as the leading provider in two-person delivery made the choice to adopt them as our sole delivery partner a simple one. The last-mile service is an extension of our own business in many ways. Therefore, our ethos of selling a flawless experience to customers had to be displayed by our chosen delivery and warehousing partner. Without such a mindset, this totally detracts from Swyft’s vision moving forward.

“Panther’s commitment to prioritising customer service sets the company aside from the competition and resonated with our core aim of ensuring customer satisfaction. We are confident that by using Panther, we will be able to provide our much-valued customers with best-in-kind delivery options and total flexibility.“
