Within a month of launch, Pfaff gains its first UK order for the van-mounted AGILO Materials Lift.
A brand new addition to the Pfaff range, the Böcker AGILO van mounted lift offers an extensive range of tailor-made combinations of lift and vehicle type, with load capacities up to 400 kilos and working heights to 55 metres.
The host of options offered by the AGILO range includes advanced hydraulic design features such as an infinitely adjustable, spring-supported platform spindle which can rotate between 17 and 87 degrees, an automatic hydraulic turntable and remote control.
All models benefit from robust aluminium travel rails and vertically - and horizontally - adjustable guide rails. The roomy platform has a comfortably low loading height, and its side panels can be folded down or removed completely.
Based on Böcker's proven, market-leading technology the AGILO lift is fast, safe and easy to use even at maximum working height; and costing 2-3 times less than a trailer crane, it offers the cost-effective versatility demanded by customers like Power Lifting Services Ltd.
Matt Woods, Power Lifting's MD comments: "Traditionally we have offered our clients trailer cranes, but it became clear to us that there's a significant niche in the market for van mounted material lifts. Cranes have their place of course, but they can be expensive and take a long time to set up. With the AGILO the job's done quickly and easily – especially in built-up areas - it's an ideal alternative which takes away all the hassle associated with the use of trailer cranes."
Power Lifting Services recently purchased their first AGILO HL30 – a 30 metre machine mounted onto a Nissan Cabstar, and already its versatility and speed of use have made it the lift of choice for pipe installers, HVAC and mechanical/electrical contractors alike.
Ideal for the hire and rental trade, it has also started to make a name for itself among councils and housing associations which need to help install or remove their tenants' furniture in high rise buildings without the need to struggle up the stairs!
