In the Ten years’ that have passed since Mosaic Fulfilment Solutions began operating, the company has grown from strength to strength and is delighted to announce a new landmark, in the form of a £3million extension to its premises.
The company, that now boosts such clients as Leeds United, Prostate Cancer UK and Oxfam, has continued to excel, growing from those initial 15 staff members in York to over 177 staff across multiple locations, and in the rebuilding of its York House HQ shows no sign of slowing down now.
Mosaic Fulfilment Solutions is a professional outsourced business services company, specialising in response handling, transaction processing and fulfilment on behalf of over 100 clients throughout the UK, including ecommerce companies, retailers, FMCG and charities. As its client base has expanded, so too its desire to invest and innovate its technology, processes and infrastructure.
“We have always placed our clients at the centre of the business, and through our continual investment we aim to provide them a platform for growth within their own organisations, enabling them to operate more efficiently and communicate with customers more effectively. Investments in our systems, people and facilities further evidence this, and allows for Mosaic to provide cutting-edge solutions for our clients”. Duncan Marrison.
The construction work at York House has added a further 45,000 sq. ft. of warehousing to its site, with 11-metre high racking, and increased collation and order production space. Alongside this, a 200-space car park has been built with eco-charging bays and a nature reserve created around the site that included the planting of 12,000 trees making the whole development carbon neutral.
