On the Terberg stand at this year’s CV Show will be the innovative DT183, the market specific, specialist distribution tractor that was launched originally by the company last year, whilst alongside it will be one of the latest Kinglifter truck and trailer mounted fork lift trucks that are proving to be increasingly popular with UK operators.
Purpose designed and manufactured by Terberg Special Vehicles, Terberg’s DT183 distribution tractor is solely designed to meet the market needs of the competitive pan European distribution sector and is specified with an array of new industry specific product features. The powertrain for the DT183 tractor is based on the new Cummins Tier 4 Final diesel engine matched to the Allison gearbox, although further Tier 4 Final engine options will be available soon.
As part of the new tractor design, the Terberg DT183 is specified with a comprehensive range of innovative safety and ergonomic operating features, as well as proven market leading noise levels. The stylish state of the art design of cab on the DT183 is a head turner, giving the driver a whole new dimension of ergonomic operation and visibility.
Kinglifter forklifts fit all popular makes of trailer and rigid bodywork available in the UK and Ireland, and are renowned for their lightweight construction and proven versatility. Featured on the Terberg stand will be the Kinglifter M-type, which is the best all-round forklift unit in the Kinglifter range because of its range of variants and suitability for different applications.
