Industrial automation control and power specialist, The Automated Technology Group, will highlight its expertise in special purpose machinery, robotics and simulation at this year’s PPMA Show.
Part of the global engineering giant, Wood, The Automated Technology Group (ATG) will be promoting its end-to-end solutions on stand H20 at the exhibition, which takes place at Birmingham’s NEC from 25-27th September. The 30th anniversary PPMA Show will once again feature the latest technologies for smart manufacturing, processing and packaging, with over 350 exhibitors taking part.
“ATG will be showcasing its expertise in integrating robots and special purpose machines to provide turnkey automation solutions,” said Andy James, General Manager of ATG’s Systems Division. “Our team will also be explaining to visitors how we use Discrete Event Simulation to visualise, analyse and optimise automated production systems. This helps stakeholders to make investment decisions with maximum confidence and minimum risk,” he added.
ATG has delivered industrial automation projects to a number of blue-chip brands including BAE Systems, Coca-Cola, EDF Energy, Jaguar Land Rover, Kraft, P&G, Tata Steel and Thames Water. “We specialise in the design and manufacture of bespoke solutions and their integration with new and existing equipment across a wide range of industries,” explained Andy James. “We have served clients in the pharmaceutical, automotive, electronics, food and beverage, industrial assembly, packaging, FMCG and general manufacturing sectors,” he continued, “with projects ranging from small-scale systems to large and complex facilities.”
