TIP Trailer Services, market leader in transport equipment rental, leasing and value-added service solutions, has announced the launch of its new customer website: www.tip.ge.com.
The significantly redesigned site displays a bright, user-friendly interface and is available in 4 languages: English, French, German and Dutch. The homepage welcomes visitors with easy to follow menu options and is strongly customer-oriented throughout, with a wide range of big names in the transport industry sharing their experiences of TIP’s products and services. You will also find a regularly featured "Deal of the week", with a variety of deals ranging from rental and services to used asset deals.
Another interesting feature on the homepage is the link to TIP’s new app – TIP Roadside. This unique app is used by drivers to request breakdown assistance, using GPS to identify and send their location to TIP’s Roadside agents. It also provides drivers with the opportunity to enter additional details into the app such as trailer number, truck registration and company name, facilitating faster response by the TIP Roadside team.
Furthermore, the app also includes an innovative case status checker. Not only do drivers receive an ETA via text message, but they can now follow their case in real-time using the app. It also enables Planners to monitor the cases and later review the details and Fleet Managers can conveniently check the case details anywhere, anytime to see the performance of their fleet.
The aims of the new website are to ensure customers have a clear overview of the extended services on offer by TIP, as well as to provide a platform through which site visitors can quickly and easily make contact with their local TIP representatives and log in to myIntelligence – TIP’s online customer portal providing access to information, data, documentation and reporting on their fleet.
